Broadcast Journalist Valerie Cavazos is a 20 year veteran (anchor/reporter) having worked in television markets, such as Albany (WRGB), Tucson (KOLD), Boston (NECN) and Hartford (WTIC). Cavazos spent more than two years extensively researching the changes and challenges in education as well as the 21st century workforce before launching her multimedia programs and segments on preparing the future workforce.

Educator Victoria Barajas has over 14 years experience teaching in elementary school and at the University of Arizona, College of Education. As a clinical assistant professor, Victoria taught teaching methods courses and supervised student teachers. She is currently the Tucson franchise owner of Young Rembrandts, a nationwide, after school drawing program for children.
